Section 3: Force-on-Force Hardware & Safety Attestation

Every team member must comply with the operational safety standards. Check each box to confirm compliance:   

• [ ] Official Platform Compliance: We acknowledge that only event-issued Glock 17T training pistols and factory 9mm Speer Force on Force marking ammunition are permitted on the active range. No personal sidearms, knives, or secondary projectiles are allowed.   

• [ ] Loadout Limits: We understand each player is restricted to 3 pre-loaded 15-round magazines (45 rounds total) per match with zero loose ammo permitted on the field.   

• [ ] Cold-Line & Mask Seal Rule: We agree that ANSI Z87.1+ / MIL-PRF-32432A full-face protective masks must remain sealed at all times past the staging line. Removing eye or face protection on an active range results in an immediate team match disqualification (DQ) without refund.   

• [ ] Muzzle Discipline: We agree to abide strictly by the 180-degree muzzle rule and absolute Range Safety Officer (RSO) authority.
